I have a feeling your are not using MS Office as layout of the window I have is different and there is no option to add “Display language” from this window. Only to select what is installed English. However, there have been some reports on error messages from Microsoft servers activation and possibly also downloads during the weekend.
Download link works fine but when trying to install the pack I have downloaded – i am getting above mentioned error. There is no option in language selection window from MS Office tools to select that Doug Robbins showed in his screenshot.
I’m having the same problem with italian language on windows 7 and ms office I guess Microsoft is not suporting older versions and just wants you to go with the flow.
